Pricing

Thank you for your interest!

Our Rental Rates are as follows:

Weekday: Monday through Thursday $100 per hr

Weekend: Friday thru Sunday $125 per hr

*** minimum 3hrs***

$150 refundable incidental fee The deposit will be refunded upon final inspection of the venue if no damage is incurred, and the event is cleaned up within the allotted timeframe.

FULL DAY 6hrs $550 8hrs $650

Reservation Deposit & Payments

To reserve the desired event the full deposit is due at the time of booking. Payments submitted are nonrefundable. Final payment must be submitted one week before the event date.

Included with the rental:

- 8 6ft rectangle tables and 30 clear Chiavari chairs

- Access to our wet bar with the option to cater yourself or bring in a caterer and beverages.

- Bluetooth surround sound speakers.

- Free parking located in front of the venue or in Wells Fargo after-hours

The capacity of The Venue is 30 seating and 45 standing
